Note: The transition for these moves will require a temporary reassignment of 3 fourth floor patient rooms. From July 31-August 4, rooms 462, 485 and 486 will be used as Medical Oncology rooms, and the records for patients in those rooms will be at the 4West nurse station.  After August 4, the rooms will become Neurosciences rooms, and the records for patients in those rooms will be at the 4West nurse station.
